At razlivenerijeci, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience and satisfactory products. We understand that when purchasing clothes online, sometimes it is necessary to try them on to confirm whether they fit perfectly. Therefore, we have formulated a clear and transparent return and exchange policy. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Scope of application
This policy applies to goods sold globally through the razlivenerijeci official website (except for custom-made goods and items specifically marked as non-refundable and non-exchangeable).
This policy applies to refund and exchange requests.
2. Return and exchange time limit
You have 14 natural days (counting from the date you receive the package) to submit a return or exchange application. For example, if you sign for the package on October 1st, you need to file a return application by October 15th (inclusive) at the latest.
Important Note: For promotional items, discounted items or clearance items, unless there are quality issues, we may only offer exchange or shopping points services. Please pay attention to the specific product page instructions when making a purchase.
3. Conditions for accepting returns and exchanges
To ensure the smooth approval of your return and exchange application, the goods must meet all of the following conditions:
Unworn, washed or damaged: The product must remain in brand new condition, free from signs of wearing (such as stains, sweat stains, perfume odors), no washing, no wear, no streaks, and no damage. The tag and the original packaging bag (if sometimes) must be intact and returned together with the goods. The soles of the shoes must be clean and undamaged.
Original packaging: The product should be returned together with its original packaging (including inner packaging bags, hangers, dust-proof bags, etc.). This is the key to protecting the goods from damage during transportation.
Complete attachments: All labels, instructions, and accessories (such as belts, detachable collars, etc.) that come with the product must be complete.
To initiate an application: A return application must be successfully submitted within the specified time limit (14 days) in our system and a return authorization number (RMA) must be obtained.
International Return Address: The goods must be returned to our designated international return processing center (the address will be provided in your return authorization email). Direct return to the shipping warehouse may result in delays or loss of returns.
4. We do not accept returns or exchanges
Customized products or products made according to your special requirements.
Promotional, discounted or clearance items (except for quality issues) that have been clearly marked as "Final Sale", "Non-returnable and non-exchangeable" or similar statements.
Goods that do not meet the "acceptance conditions" stipulated in Article 3 due to non-quality reasons (such as being worn, washed, damaged, with incomplete labels or packaging).
Goods that have exceeded the 14-day return and exchange period.
Where there are personal subjective reasons (such as slight differences in color, style and picture, or slight differences in fabric touch) and the product itself has no quality issues. (Please note: We strive to provide accurate pictures and descriptions, but there may be minor differences among different display devices and personal perceptions.)
Close-fitting clothing: For hygiene reasons, close-fitting underwear, seamless leggings/socks and other clothing that come into direct contact with the skin, if the tags have been removed, the original packaging bags are damaged or lost, or they have been tried on, are generally not eligible for return or exchange, unless there are no signs of use and all labels and packaging are intact. Please make sure to confirm the size before purchasing.
5. Quality issues
If the goods you receive have obvious manufacturing defects or transportation damage (such as holes, severe thread disconnection, missing/damaged accessories, serious dyeing problems, etc.) at the time of receipt, please contact us through the customer service channel within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide clear picture/video evidence.
We will verify the situation. After confirming it as a quality issue, we will provide you with the most convenient solution: free exchange, full refund or offering compensation vouchers.
6. Return and exchange process
Please note: Before returning any goods, you must successfully complete the online return application process and obtain a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA). Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
1. Apply for a return: Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", and find the order you need to return or exchange. Select the items that need to be returned or exchanged and explain the reasons (such as size mismatch, color/style mismatch, quality issues, etc.). Click "Submit Application".
2. Wait for review: Our team will review your application (usually within 1-3 working days). For applications regarding quality issues, we may ask you to provide pictures/videos.
3. Obtain the return instructions: After the review is approved, you will receive an email containing detailed return instructions, which include:
* Return Authorization Number (RMA) : It must be clearly marked on the outer packaging of the package.
The designated address of the international return warehouse.
Return labels that may be included (depending on the policies of specific countries and regions) or return guidelines by yourself.
4. Return the goods:
* Safe packaging: Please use a sturdy packaging box/bag to properly pack the product. It is best to use the original packaging and seal it well. It is strongly recommended to remove the old shipping label on the original package.
Clearly mark the RMA: Clearly write or print your RMA number in a prominent place on the outside of the package (for example, beside or above the old waybill). This is the key for your package to be correctly identified!
Choose traceable international logistics: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the designated international return warehouse (except for quality issues). It is strongly recommended that you choose a reliable international Courier that provides a logistics tracking number and keep the shipping voucher well. For untraceable packages, the risk is borne by you.
* Declaration Instructions: Please clearly indicate "RETURN FOR REFUND/REPLACEMENT - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" or "RETURNED GOODS" on the commercial invoice or declaration form provided by express delivery. This will help speed up customs clearance. Please include the Return Authorization Number (RMA) in the email.
* Dispatch Confirmation: After dispatch, we recommend that you update the logistics information (if applicable) through our return system or by providing the tracking number through customer service.
5. Receipt and Handling: Once the return warehouse receives your package and confirms that the goods meet the return conditions (which usually takes 3 to 7 working days for inspection), we will handle it.
Refund: Order for which refund is selected:
Refund through the original payment method: We will refund through your original payment method. Please note: The processing time for international bank cards is determined by the bank and usually takes 7 to 15 working days to be displayed.
The shipping fee paid for the original order: If it is due to our responsibility (such as wrong delivery, quality issue) or according to the regulations of your region, the shipping fee that can be refunded will be refunded together. The original shipping fee is usually not refunded for returns or exchanges due to personal subjective reasons (such as size mismatch).
* Return shipping fee: Unless it is a quality issue or our responsibility, the international shipping fee for the return shall be borne by you.
Exchange:
If you apply for an exchange and the new size/color is in stock, we will arrange to send you the new item as soon as possible. Please note that exchange may incur new international shipping fees. For specific charges, please refer to your return authorization email or consult customer service.
If the new size/color is out of stock, we will contact you to offer other options or process a refund.
7. Refund processing time
After receiving the returned goods that meet the standards, we usually process your refund request within 5 to 10 working days.
International payment processing time: The specific time it takes for funds to be returned to your credit card, PayPal or other payment account depends on the processing speed of the international settlement system and your bank/payment platform. It usually may take an additional 7 to 20 working days. Please wait patiently.
8. Exchange processing time
The exchanged items will be dispatched as soon as we confirm that the return is compliant and the new items are in stock. The new international shipping time is the same as that of ordinary orders. Please refer to the international delivery information provided on the website.
9. Tariffs and related fees
Return duty: We strive to simplify the customs clearance process (see the customs declaration instructions in step 6). If any customs duties or taxes arise during the return customs clearance process, they shall be borne by you.
Exchange duty: For the replacement goods received due to exchange, the import duty shall be borne by you, which complies with the customs regulations of the vast majority of countries. When signing for replacement goods, you may need to pay the taxes levied by the local customs.
